this is about my 3rd or 4th time painting in photoshop, thought i would try to paint some clouds (pretty hard to paint in general), maybe ill put a fighter plane in it later, just some practice to get better at digital painting
Just some suggestions, use a low opacity, hard edged brush to block out the rough shapes then go in with a higher opacity, softer brush to build up the 'mass'. Also use the colour of the sky rather than greys since it sucks the 'life' out. GO, T, GO!
